FRONTIER LABOR - LANDSCAPING RECRUITER AND TRAINER

Frontier Labor is a landscaping recruiter and training agency in the State of Texas. 

We search locally within your vicinity and the State of Texas, screen and interview potential candidates, train them on landscape maintenance, OSHA Safety Regulations, and the usage of tools and standard landscaping equipment. We get them ready for hire and begin productive, quality work on the first day!

STREAMLINED EMPLOYMENT PROCESS

We have streamlined the employment process for you. On each candidate, we verify their work history and licensing credentials, if any. If you want a DMV or DRUG Test, we can get those done for you at an additional cost. On the new hires, we trained them in basic OSHA rules and regulations, tools and equipment usage! 

When it comes to landscaping skilled labor, our drive for excellence is unmatched. We get them ready for hire and begin productive, quality work on the first day! 


OUR APPROACH IS AN EASY AND SIMPLE. A THREE STEP PROCESS.

The hard work of interviewing, weeding out unwanted candidates, countless hours of searching for candidates will be over!  We guarantee that each candidate being presented will be ready to hire by you. 


Recruiter will search, source, recruit, interview, present trained and experienced candidates within your vicinity or  the State of Texas.


We save you thousands in a flat fee contract vs. a 15%-20% industry contingent fee contract.

  

SERVICES INCLUDE:

Candidate Search Fee: $600.00 per company – per 10 candidates.

Candidates: $3,000 per candidate per milestone.

OSHA, Basic Tools and Equipment: $500.00 per candidate.

Background Checks: National criminal background check $75.00 per candidate

Drug Testing: $150.00 per candidate.

DMV Checks: $75.00 per candidates


FIRST STEP. The initial set up fee for each company is $600.00 registration fee. This fee is non-refundable. This step will begin the search process for each company. You fill out a General Inquiry Form with Company details and Candidate information, inform us of your hire date and submit to us your Job Order Forms and Sample Offer Letter. Frontier Labor begins the search for candidates.

SECOND STEP.   Agree and submit to the FRONTIER LABOR Recruitment Agreement  so that Frontier Labor can send you qualified productive candidates.  The RECRUTING AGREEMENT details all the terms and conditions of getting your QUALIFIED PRODUCTIVE CANDIDATES. Each recruited candidate fee costs $3,000.   We split in 4 payment milestone for each candidate. $750.00 Initial fee, $750.00 after 30 days, and $750.00  on the 60th and $750.00 on the 90th day. 


The initial fee  per recruit is non-refundable. Each 30 days is a milestone. After the candidate has reached the 90th day milestone, the candidate is yours to DIRECT HIRE.   Our contractual commitments ends.


THIRD STEP. HIRING PROCESS. We present VIA ZOOM the ready for hire candidates to you for hiring by you directly.  


REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

Our RECRUTING AGREEMENT is so effective, we offer a replacement GUARANTEE for each candidate, if a candidate is fired with a bona-fide reason. If a candidate does not work out, we can send you another candidate and pick up where the last one left off. You pay no initial fee on the replaced candidate and resume the contract on the milestones to be accomplished.
