35 years. Founder, Priscilla Castilleja, is a graduate of the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Pre-Law. From 1986 to 1989, she served in the United States Army as a Battalion Command Staff Secretary and Narrator. From 1989 to 2006, she worked as a paralegal. In 2017, she transformed her H2B recruiting business to specialize only in the landscape industry. Since then, she has transformed her military, legal, business and marketing experience to the recruiting industry.
We search locally within your vicinity and the State of Texas, pre-screen candidates, interview, present candidates for hire to you, train (for an additional fee) them on landscape maintenance, OSHA Safety Regulations, and the usage of tools and standard landscaping equipment. We have local recruiters in each major city in the State of Texas. We also use the latest platforms and third party companies in our recruiting efforts.
The landscape company pays initial fees and executes a Recruitment Agreement prior to receiving a list of candidates for hire.

Candidate Search Fee: $600.00 per company – per 10 candidates.
Candidates: $3,000 per candidate per milestone.
OSHA, Basic Tools and Equipment Training: $500.00 per candidate.
Background Checks: National criminal background check $75.00 per candidate
Drug Testing: $150.00 per candidate.
DMV Checks: $75.00 per candidates
What types of contracts do we offer?
We offer a flat fee contract for all other landscaping personnel of $3,000 per candidate on a 90 day milestone. Therefore, you pay $750 initial, $750 for each thirty day milestone.
We provide a 90 day guarantee based on each milestone completed, which includes replacement of the candidate in the unlikely event that things don't work out according to each milestone paid.
We search locally within your vicinity and the State of Texas, pre-screen, interview, present potential candidates to you, train them on landscape maintenance, OSHA Safety Regulations, and the usage of tools and standard landscaping equipment.
Competitive Wages, Benefits and lots of overtime. The seasonal laborers also want housing included even if you deduct it from their paycheck. Assisting laborers even with housing is very important to them.

Your company must engage in preplanning services with us. We have a 45 day business lead time. It depends on how fast you can submit all the recruiting job job order, the recruiting contract and the initial payments received by our office. After you are a repeat customer, we generally can deliver within 30 days.
Yes. These services are included for an extra fee per each candidate.
